I’m Elly Lefort.
I’m a former Olympic athlete, but that’s not why people work with me.
They work with me because I understand what it means to show up when conditions aren’t perfect.
I didn’t grow up surrounded by elite facilities or comfort.
My progress came from structure, discipline, and consistency long before it came from results.
High-level sport taught me something most people never hear:
Motivation is unreliable.
Intensity is temporary.
But accountability changes everything.
When I began coaching, I noticed the same pattern over and over.
People didn’t need harder workouts.
They didn’t need more information.
They didn’t even need more motivation.
They needed someone to hold them to the standard they already wanted for themselves.
Someone who wouldn’t disappear when motivation dropped.
Someone who wouldn’t sugarcoat missed actions.
